Candle Care

To keep your candle looking beautiful and performing its best, always store it upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Extreme heat or prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause slight surface changes or softening of decorative details, especially in designs featuring gel wax elements like “ice.”

Before each use, trim the wick to ¼ inch to ensure a clean, even burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing, and avoid burning for longer than 3–4 hours at a time.

Always place your candle on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, fabrics, and pets.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom Orders

We gladly accept wholesale and custom label orders.

The minimum wholesale quantity is 20 candles of one kind, and we offer the option to create personalized or branded labels upon request.
